The Prisma store, as it is known, is designed to generate experimentation. And that was exactly what we set out to do: we created an application for the tablet in which the saleswomen virtually walk around the store and learn how to direct the customer from one point to another, what are the characteristics and benefits of each product line, in addition to understanding all layout of the new store. In this way, all the saleswomen in the country already knew how to behave when the new stores opened!
